The building is located in the southern coastal area of Athens in one of the finest regions on the Athenian Riviera. On one side this beautiful plot lays adjacent to the upcoming project of the Elliniko whilst opposing side overlooks the coastal front. Due to it incredible location sights of the Saronic Gulf, the scenic park, and the forthcoming development of the Elliniko are viewed from almost all directions.
This construction is of a futuristic architectural nature that is exhibited in its meticulous design.
